*There may be some simple movement exercises, but they will be accessible for all bodies. 

This experience is based on The Zone of Authenticity — an immersive, participatory art installation and a deck of affirmation & authentic connection cards designed to meet an increasingly essential need for honest, empathetic, compassionate, human connection (with ourselves and one another). Led by: Whitney Dawn Pyles, ACC, a certified Somatic Coach and Facilitator, Dance/Movement Guide, award-winning social artist, and adoptee on a mission to ease the loneliness epidemic. She believes we all deserve spaces to be who we are, that movement, mindfulness, and play are powerful medicines, and that magic happens when we allow ourselves to show up authentically in all of our beautiful complexity.
